At Creative Memories Entertainment we have put together something that we call "The Creation Process". This is a description of what we will cover in the many months prior to your event. Whether you are looking for elegant, interactive, or anywhere in between, you and your Host/MC will begin to visualize your wedding day from beginning to end.


During this appointment we will be discussing the overall details of your wedding. Pricing of packages, system requirements, and the desired styles of music that you would like to be performed at the ceremony and reception. I will also be speaking with you regarding the design of the event from the introduction of the bride and groom to the Farewell dance.


In the instance that we do not finish the overall planning of the reception, we will use this meeting to finish the order that you would like the activities to happen in, answer any questions that you may have regarding the traditional and non-traditional events of the evening, as well as go over the music that we'll be listening to and choosing for the music consultation.


This is where the fun begins! The music consultation will take approximately one hour and will cover the music formatting that you desire for the ceremony (and/or) the reception. We will cover all aspects of the wedding day such as the style of music for the ceremony, the introduction of the wedding party, dinner music, cake cutting, garter, bouquet, first dance, parent's dance, and farewell dance. We will also discuss whether you will be tossing the bouquet and garter, presenting it or dedicating it to a friend, family, or honored guest at the reception. During this meeting if you are uncertain of the song choice that you would like for the events of the reception, you can allow Creative Memories to give you some suggestions for the special occasion.


During this appointment we will cover any questions that you may have regarding the wedding day. We will also cover the details that we went over during the past appointment and make any changes that may apply for the reception day. After this appointment you will leave knowing that Creative Memories Entertainment has covered every aspect of the day and no attention to detail has been overlooked.
